Journals

Selv can hold more than one journal — create, rename or delete one from Settings. Every journal you write in is part of your searchable memory.

The /// shortcut

Type /// anywhere in a note and Selv replaces it with a timestamp. It's the one built-in text shortcut today; a general custom-shortcut editor isn't available yet.

How notes are searched

Notes aren't a separate search system — they're indexed alongside everything else Selv captures, and you can narrow a question to just your notes using the Notes source filter described in Search & chat.
